Taking notice aid: Sunrise and sunset times 2012

April 18, 2012 § Leave a comment

Taking Notice is one of the Five Ways of Well-Being. Watching a sunrise or sunset is an experience that most people can have access to every day – it’s a good way into understanding what taking notice can be and can do for your well-being. Knowing the time of the sunset can help people work out when to look out of their windows, or even go outside. A user of the well-being superhero guide wanted to know when to wake up to see a sunrise, but kept missing the right time. With this, she can now experience the sunrise more easily.

Designing the graphics for this booklet helped me figure out the graphic identity I was going to use for the rest of the objects in the well-being superhero toolkit.
